    Will I meet you before you come to collect my dog for the first time?
    Yes, of course! We will arrange a meeting and a trial walk to make sure that everyone is 100% happy before any bookings are accepted.

    Can I specify a particular time for my dog to be walked?
    We can never pinpoint the exact time of our walks but we can arrange to be near to any requested time as possible. Contact us to discuss your particular requirements.

    What will I need to provide for my dog?
    A good quality lead, and a harness or head-collar if your dog needs one. We supply drinking water and will give them a quick wipe down when we drop off at to your home.

    Do I need to be at home for you to collect my dog?
    No. Most customers take advantage of our free Key Holding Service, which means that we can collect and drop off your dog when you are out. If you do not wish to take advantage of our FREE keyholding service, someone will need to give us access to your dog when we arrive to walk them.

    Do you walk dogs with special needs?
    We are happy to walk nervous dogs, puppies, senior dogs, and those who are not keen with other dogs around them. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

    My dog is nervous around other dogs, will you be able to walk him?
    Yes. If your dog is very nervous around other dogs then we are happy to provide solo walks.

    Can I just have occasional walks?
    Absolutely. We are highly flexible and happy to offer walks on a ad-hoc basis. Send us a text, email or phone call the day before to book your walk.

    Are the dog walkers insured?
    Yes. RUFFWALKERS staff are fully insured and CRB checked with a background in the Royal Military Police.
